About Me

Kathy Tuccaro’s story of Dreaming Big can change your life now inspires people to make the necessary changes in their own lives to improve their self-worth. She is passionate about personal growth and believes that anyone can change their circumstances and overcome their obstacles if they truly desire to do so.

All her efforts and focus is about encouraging, inspiring, and motivating others that “Change is Possible” if only they would BELIEVE in themselves! She is a woman of great passion, vision and purpose and it is this combination that has led her from the “Dark Night of Soul” into the “Light of Success”!

 

In addition to being a motivational speaker and Author, Kathy has her Nursing Diploma and worked on Surgical/Medical/Geriatrics units for 13 years.She also has her certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and works full time as a Heavy Equipment Operator in Northern Alberta, Canada.She drives a 400 tonne 797F Caterpillar Truck, a 208,000 litre (52,000 gallon) water truck up as well as a 24M Grader (the biggest one the world)She has always believed in dreaming bigger than the average population, and today she has proven it literally by driving “THE BIGGEST EQUIPEMENT IN THE WORLD!”

She Her direct experience with trauma, violence and sexual abuse has given her much compassion, understanding and wisdom for those wishing to take that important next step in the direction they desire.Her endless source of love, humility and compassion for the hurting and still struggling is a remarkable trait of her leadership abilities. She travels the world on her days off to give FREE personal development classes at women’s shelters, schools, youth programs, juvenile detention centers and even prisons.

 

In 2014 she started a Work Boot Recycling Program and has since collected over 4000 pairs of gently used boots which are distributed to various Safety Programs offering free safety classes to those who can’t afford it.The boots help them in attaining their own livelihood and helps them keep their dignity as they work towards changing their circumstances.

Kathy Tuccaro was born in Val D’Or, Quebec, and speaks and writes fluently French and English.
